Remembering Maggie

Today is the tenth anniversary of the death of literary agent Maggie Noach, a lovely, bubbly, funny, supportive and very astute lady.

I wrote a blog post about her at the time. The comments are worth reading.

    • Exactly. She was irreplaceable, and I could not find anybody who came anywhere near her. She had a special magic, a genuine love for authors as people and not money-making machines.

  1. That moment when you realise someone who really influenced your life, for whatever reason has been gone a full decade is levelling. It is wonderful to read your words and I find I can conjure her up, at least I imagine I can, effortlessly.
