The floor had to be ordered separately and was in a separate packet. When the chaps delivered the chalet along with another toolshed and a shower, they swore that the floor should be in with the chalet, but it wasn't. I had to chase Castorama for it and it turned up much later. I do advise that you check the order, the delivery slip and make sure you got as many packages as you should have. Or is it a collection of planks? The whole thing is contained in a packet in the shaple of a very large neat rectangle. I daren't open the wrapping until Mr. gets back, because I'm sure all the pieces would spill out into the field and warp, or get run over by a tractor. So I can't check for quite a while. Mine arrived without its floor which came three weeks later after many phone calls and complaints! On the plus side, it was really easy and really quite fun to put together.
